Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 04:25PM SPECIAL NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING OF THE LOUISIANA HORSEMEN’S BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION 1993, INC.
Notice is hereby given that the Louisiana Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association 1993, Inc. (the “Association”) will have a meeting of the Board of Directors on November 22, 2010, at 11:30 o’clock a.m. (the “Meeting”) at The Camelot Club, Chase Bank, South Tower, 451 Florida Street, 21st Floor, Baton Rouge, Louisiana (parking available under building). The purpose of the Meeting is to consider and amend the Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation of the Association. The changes to the Bylaws and Articles to be considered for adoption at the Meeting include, but are not limited to, those changes delineated on the attached Articles and Bylaws, each dated November 9, 2010. In considering and deliberating the delineated changes, the Board may adopt all, some or none of the delineated changes and may consider and adopt other changes as the Board may find appropriate.
