Revised Bylaws Draft - Updated 9-16-2010

As previously reported, the Bylaw Committee has been involved in a project to update and revise the Bylaws. A Report on that project was presented by the Bylaw Committee to the Board on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. The proposed Bylaws were then posted on this website. On September 1, 2010 the Board received a summary of the proposed changes from all sources including proposals from the recent general membership meeting. The deliberations of the Board on those suggested changes and other changes received resulted in a modified version of the proposed Bylaws. The new version of the proposed Bylaws, dated September 16, 2010 1pm,  are published here.

Anyone having comments or suggestions for the Bylaws they feel would be helpful, should contact one of the board members in the near future. The contact information for the Board Members can be found on this LAHBPA website.

Below please find two copies of the latest draft of the revised bylaws. First you'll find the clean copy for easier reading, second you'll find the same draft with red line highlights showing the sections that have been modified since the latest draft.
