Delta Downs will be adding one extra race day on March 12, 2019 to replace the lost day from Feb. 28. The condition book listing the races for this date are online for at equibase.com.  Extras for this day are on the March 9th overnight.

The Fair Grounds will have 2 Breaks in Training on Saturday February 2nd and Sunday February 3rd to determine the effect on safety.

Break # 2 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM

Track Closes at 10:00 AM

Gate Schedule 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM

The Louisiana HBPA has a seasonal field office position opening at the Fair Grounds.

The seasonal position concludes at the end of the Fair Grounds Thoroughbred Horse meet (Early April 2019).

Computer skills required. Race track experience preferred.
