Death Benefit Reinstatement

Effective August 1, 2012 the Medical Benefit Trust is reinstating the Death Benefit previously suspended on January 24, 2012. Anyone that experienced a loss during the suspension period may apply for a benevolence payment with the submission of a certified death certificate.
