The Louisiana HBPA has partnered with Wellness Express to provide Flu Shots and Health Screenings to our members. 

The schedule will be as follows:

Evangeline Training Center on Tuesday November 4^th from 10:30 AM to 12:30PM (Call Tammy Broussard for details at 337-886-6438).

Evangeline Downs on Tuesday November 11^th from 10:30 AM to 12:30PM (Call Tammy Broussard for details at 337-886-6438).

Delta Downs on Tuesday November 18^th from 10:30 AM to 12:30PM (Call Cyndie Seaford for details at 337-589-5594).

Fair Grounds on Tuesday December 2nd from 10:30 AM to 12:30PM (Call Sandy Ray for details at 504-943-0772). 

Important Reminder:  Please do not have anything to eat or drink if you are participating in Health Screenings – do take medications as prescribed.
