The bill passed the House 94-0 and it is vitally important that all of us in horse racing make it very clear we expect quality racing facilities in Louisiana. Churchill Downs reaps tremendous benefits from gaming operations in our state -- and thus they should reinvest some of those profits to keep horse racing alive and growing.
