ATTENTION LOUISIANA HBPA MEMBERS

The Trustees of the Louisiana Medical Benefit Trust voted unanimously to increase many of the benefit categories effective immediately.  In addition, the Maternity category has been amended to include Preventive Diagnostics (for example: blood glucose level tests, mammograms, PSA tests, colonoscopy, etc.).  Click here for a copy the Benefit Plan Supplement.
