CURRENT STATE ISSUED DRIVER’S LICENSE OR

CURRENT STATE ISSUED IDENTIFICATION CARD OR

PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD OR

VALID PASSPORT 

PLUS 

CURRENT LSRC LICENSE 

ANY FORM OF IDENTIFICATION THAT IS EXPIRED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
