Medical Benefit Guidelines

All applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the LSRC and/or LAHBPA.

Owners,Trainers or Owner/Trainers must have 8 starts at a Louisiana race track within the 12 months prior to the service date (must also have at least one start within six months prior to date of service).

Each business entity (partnerships, etc) member must have a 8 start equivalence.

-(Example: Two partners equal 16 starts total, each credited with eight starts).

Employee must be full time and on the work list of an eligible trainer for 60 days.
